Key Responsibilities
- Establish and sustain solid relationships with shipowners and brokers worldwide, as well as colleagues in other company offices
- Align with the division’s strategy by proactively identifying new business opportunities related to emerging trends, future markets and potential clients
- Conduct thorough market analyses, monitor industry developments, and provide clients with timely market insights and trade recommendations
- Build a robust professional network, recognizing and securing new business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster strong teamwork and demonstrate a keen focus on collective success
- Ensure client satisfaction through responsive service and ongoing support
- Undertake additional or ad hoc tasks as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the business

Other requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an S&P Broker
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
