Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the S&P (Sale & Purchase) brokers, including preparing and managing relevant documentation
- Coordinate post-fixture activities with proactiveness with regard to timely payments, document accuracy, and contractual compliance
- Facilitate communication with shipowners, brokers, colleagues in other company offices, and external parties to ensure smooth S&P operations and promptly resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records by logging and updating S&P data in company databases and systems, including vessel details and other pertinent information
- Conduct research on vessels, markets, and industry trends to support the S&P team’s decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to promote a cohesive working environment and actively contribute to shared success
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as requested to assist S&P brokers and meet evolving business needs
